We our now part of the blogging nation! As part of our redesign we will regularly be posting articles about upcoming products, industry news, general information, tips and other sorted info about telephone systems found on our site.
Our redesigned site will now revolve around the Avaya Partner ACS and Panasonic Analog phone systems. Thru the years we have found these systems to be the best overall systems for small businesses based on price, performance, features and ease of use and installation.

I have purchased many telephone systems from Phonemaster Communications in the past 7 years. The technical support is the best out there .They have helped me get threw some of the worst emergency service calls, with over night shipping on whole systems and hand holding technical support. Great thanks to Timmy and Dave .

West Marine has been with Phonemaster Communications since 2002 . Phonemaster has installed and shipped hundreds of phone systems and paging systems for West Marine in a professional manner. They are outstanding in their sales and technical support. We would recommend Phonemaster to any company .

Purchased Avaya phones systems from Phonemaster Communications over last 6 years. They have always been helpful with post sales questions and support. Timmy Thompson has helped me understand post sales questions about the Avaya ACS 7 and Toshiba.

I called eTelephonesystems looking for a used telephone system and talked to a salesman named Timmy. He was a character. Timmy told me all about the new systems on the market. I will be buying a new system now in the next year. People like Timmy make the difference in the sale and I know a lot about what I do. Timmy is the man on phones. I would like to thank eTelephonesystems for helping me, and showing me the right path to go down for my company.

Thank you for going the extra mile
I would like to thank Phonemaster etelephonesystems.com for takeing the time to help my company on the weekend .It is nice when someone take the time out of there time to make shore a cust.is all set. Phonemaster’s technical help was extremely kind and helpful .They took the time to teach me how to program my telephone system over the phone.I never though it could be done. They are that good. May be the best.
