Quick Tip - How to Change Main Greeting

  1. Dial intercom 777
  2. Enter 0 #
  3. Enter Password #
  4. Press 9 to get into System Administration mode
  5. Press 3 for Automated Attendant administration
  6. Press 1 Automated Attendant 1
  7. Press 1 for day menu or 2 for night menu
  8. Press 6 to modify menu
  9. Press * # (to by-pass Selector Code changes)
  10. Press 1 to record your new greeting
  11. Record new greeting when done Press 1 to stop recording.
  12. Press * # to save the change
