  2. Enter 0 #
  3. Enter Password #
  4. Press 3 for to change Automated Attendant greeting

Installation and Programming the PVM R3

  • Caution:
  • To avoid damage to the PARTNER communications system processor module or the the card do not install or remove the card when power is on.
    1. Power down the Partner ACS communications system before inserting or removing the PARTNER Voice Messaging PC Card
    2. To insert the PARTNER Voice Messaging PC Card hold it with the AVAYA label facing to the right, and slide it gently into one of the card slots on the PARTNER processor module

Initial Programming

The following procedure must be performed first, before logging in the PARTNER Voice Messaging. These instructions require you to have your Programming overlay, if you do not have your overlay you can use this Partner 18D Programming Overlay to reference the programming keys needed.

  1. Press FEATURE 00 at extension 10 or 11
  2. Press LEFT INTERCOM twice
  3. Press #505
  4. at the Group: prompt press 7
  5. at the Extension: prompt enter 78
  6. Press 1 to assign
  7. Press Next Item to display extension 79
  8. Press 1 to assign
